We are currently seeking a talented Front Office Executive with a background in the hotel industry to join our team.
Job Summary: As a Front Office Executive 3YERAS of hotel experience & you'll be at the heart of our hotel's front desk operations. You'll greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle questions and issues, and make sure guests feel welcome.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests warmly and help them with anything they need.
· Check guests in and out smoothly, following hotel rules.
· Answer guest questions and solve any problems politely and quickly.
· Keep the front desk tidy and well-organized.
· Work with other hotel teams to make sure guests have a great stay.
· Handle payments accurately and securely.
· Assist with office tasks like taking calls and managing bookings.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least three years of experience in a hotel front desk role.
· Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
· Ability to use hotel software systems.
· Can handle busy times and stay calm under pressure.
· Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
