Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at The Hotel Chenthur Park. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to join our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and reference checks.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
