Job Description:
-
1. Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes, including naan, kebabs, and other traditional Indian breads and meats.
2. Manage and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring it is operated safely and efficiently.
3. Marinate and season meats, fish, and vegetables according to traditional and house recipes.
4. Collaborate with the head chef to develop and introduce new tandoor items to the menu.
5. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in every dish.
