We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Roti Maker to join our culinary team at the hotel. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of rotis, ensuring they are soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian bread-making techniques, including dough preparation, rolling, and cooking on a tawa or tandoor. Previous experience as a Roti Maker or similar role in a professional kitchen environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for success in this position.
