Job Description:
-
• Manage room and event reservation inquiries via phone, email, online portals, and in person.
• Coordinate with the sales team for group bookings, event reservations, and banquet inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy in entering reservation data into the PMS and other internal systems.
• Monitor room availability, overbooking, and waitlists.
• Update OTA and GDS extranets for rates, inventory, and packages.
• Follow up on pending reservations, payment confirmations, and special requests.
• Assist in rate planning and revenue management strategies with the Reservations/Front Office Manager.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
