Job Description:
-
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team members across all shifts
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
• Support the Executive Housekeeper in planning staff schedules and duty rosters
• Monitor housekeeping operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
• Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping with professionalism
• Manage linen and cleaning supply inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to housekeeping staff
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is well-maintained and in working condition
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inventory, and daily reports
