- About Myself: I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Delhi, and I am in my 3rd year (2024–2027). I completed my industrial training at Welcome Hotel by ITC, Prayagraj, where I gained practical experience in the Food & Beverage department. During my training, I worked at Welcome Café, Do & Co Kabab and Curis, and the Rooftop Bar. I gained hands-on experience in guest handling, restaurant operations, menu knowledge, table service, buffet service and silver service I also developed skills in taking care of guest requirements, maintaining service standards, teamwork, communication and delivering quality hospitality service in a professional hotel environment
