- About Myself: Hi, My name is Amanpreet Kaur. I am from Hoshiarpur Punjab. Recently I had done my graduation ( bhmct) from Rayat bahra campus, Hoshiarpur. I had done my industrial training from Ramana plaza hotel, zirakpur in all major departments. I had done my job training from Hyatt Regency Hotel, chandigarh in food and beverage department. I had done my schooling from GAD sen.sec. school , Hoshiarpur. My interest is in f&b service department. My hobbies are listening to songs and preparing food and serve it to guests. My strength is my family and my weakness is that I trust people very easily. I wanna work in multinational organisation which can give me such challenges to enhance my skills and development my skills. That's all about me... thanks My industrial training experience is....I had done my industrial training from Ramada plaza hotel Zirakpur in all major departments. During my internship, I got to learn about different aspects of hotel management. Throughout my internship in front office department, I understood about Welcoming guests in a very professional way, Addressing and escalating customer complaints, Providing information about facilities, programs and other services. Throughout my internship in service department, I understood about Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service. Throughout my internship in housekeeping department, I understood about Clean, organize and maintain guest rooms and others public areas of the hotel, Change linens, towels and replace toiletries. My on job training experience is .... I had done my on job training from Hyatt Regency Hotel, Chandigarh in food and beverage service department. I had done my job training in two outlets - Restaurant and IRD. Throughout my training in Restaurant, I understood about Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service, Setting and cleaning tables and service areas, Dealing with guest complaints, As a hostess in restaurant, escort the guest to the table. Throughout my training in IRD, I understood about Deliver and serve food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, Provide excellent guest service, Interacting with unsatisfied customers in a friendly, positive manner.
