- About Myself: I am Srinjoy Dutta, I have done my schooling both secondary and higher secondary from DPS RUBY PARK KOLKATA. I have done my graduation from IHM Shillong with BSc degree in Hotel and Hospitality Administration. I have done my Industrial Training from Taj Bengal Kolkata and I have done my On Job Training in the Hot kitchen in continental cuisine from Lalit Great Eastern Hotel Kolkata and Peerless Hotel Kolkata. I worked as a Commis 3 chef in the continental cuisine at Grano cafe , Green Gate Resort in Pune , Mulshi. My hobbies include- cooking, making YouTube videos on variant dishes, listening to music and reading books. I also hold a certificate from IIHM young chefs Kolkata as a semi finalist.
