Front Office Associate – Job Description
Role Overview:
The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service experience. This role involves managing reception operations, handling guest queries, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and update guest information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable.
• Address guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software preferred).
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
