About 34/8 Coffee House
We are a new specialty coffee house opening in Anantapur, dedicated to serving exceptional coffee and creating a welcoming community space. We're passionate about coffee quality, customer service, and building a team that grows with our expanding business.
Position Overview
We are seeking 2 Junior Baristas to join our founding team. This is an exceptional growth opportunity where you'll be trained by experienced coffee professionals to develop into senior baristas over time. Be part of building something special in Anantapur's coffee scene!

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, manual brews, and specialty coffee drinks
- Maintain consistent coffee brewing standards and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Learn and develop advanced coffee skills through our comprehensive training program
- Support inventory management and basic administrative tasks
- Grow into leadership roles as the business expands
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience OR completion of a recognized barista training bootcamp
- Strong foundation in espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop coffee expertise
- Ambition to grow into senior positions
Preferred Qualifications
- Telugu language skills (conversational level)
- Experience with manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, French Press)
- Basic latte art skills
- Previous experience in specialty coffee environments
- Leadership potential and interest in training others
