About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Wedding Sales Executive to convert inquiries into unforgettable wedding experiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on closing deals, and understands that weddings are both emotional and high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to wedding inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Conduct store tours and client meetings (in-person & virtual)
Prepare and present customized wedding proposals and contracts
Negotiate pricing, packages, and terms within company guidelines
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM / sales systems
Coordinate with operations, events, and planning teams post-sale
Build long-term relationships with clients, planners, and vendors
Represent the brand at wedding fairs, showcases, and networking events.
3-4 years of sales experience (wedding, hospitality, luxury, or events preferred)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
