We are seeking a versatile and skilled All-Rounder Chef
Hiring Location : Sivakasi Town
Salary Range : starts from Rs.40000/- per month.
(Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate)
Roles and Responsibilities
• Menu Planning and Preparation:
Creating customized menus that align with client preferences, dietary
restrictions (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, allergies), and seasonal ingredients.
• Ingredient and Inventory Management:
Storing, and organizing ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Cooking and Food Preparation:
Preparing meals according to instructions and recipes, adhering to food safety
and hygiene standards.
• Plating and Presentation:
Creating visually appealing and delicious meals, ensuring proper plating and
presentation.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cooking equipment and
utensils.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor of Hotel Management
• B.Sc in Catering Service
• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management
Experience
• Must possessing 5 star hotel experience.
• 3 – 5 yrs experience in Hotel industry as Chef.
• Chef having experience as personal chef is more preferrable.
Skills
• Must be good in South Indian and North Indian Dishes.
• Excellent communication and discretion
• Presentation skills
• Table Mannerism
• Inventory Maintenance Skills
• Time management and scheduling
