We are seeking a versatile and skilled All-Rounder Chef to join our culinary team at Kathoni (www.kathoni.com) Kaziranga National Park, Assam.
Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes across different cuisines (Assamese, Indian, Tandoor and some Chinese & Continental), assisting in menu planning and development (limited menu), ensuring food quality, plating and hygiene standards are met, and supervising kitchen staff as needed. The ideal candidate should have a wide range of culinary skills and knowledge, including proficiency in various cooking techniques & cuisines including kitchen inventory manangement. Previous experiences in similar role in professional kitchen environment is required. Strong leadership abilities, teamwork skills, and a passion for creating delicious and memorable dishes are essential for success in this position.
