Job Description:
-
• Oversee all accounting transactions including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and inventory control
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Manage day-to-day banking, reconciliations, and petty cash accounts
• Supervise junior accountants and accounts staff
• Monitor revenue collections from all hotel outlets (rooms, F&B, banquets, spa, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit completion
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls
• Verify vendor bills and oversee payment disbursement
• Ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
